Our Norwegian operation is run through SpeechCom Norge NUF (org. no. 819536112), a branch of the Swedish company. Data submitted through this website is processed by the Swedish company.
What data we collect
This website is an information site. It uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no embedded third-party services that track you. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
The only personal data we collect is what you enter yourself in the contact form: name, email address, message and, if you choose to provide them, company and phone number.
Our hosting provider also keeps technical server logs with IP address, timestamp and requested page. These logs are used solely for operations and troubleshooting and are deleted on a rolling basis.
Why we process the data
Data from the contact form is used to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads further, to provide a quotation and carry out the work. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to respond to enquiries you have sent us yourself and, where applicable, taking steps prior to entering into a contract.
We do not use the data for marketing, never sell it on and make no automated decisions based on it.
Who receives the data
- FormSubmit technically relays the form to our email. The service processes the data on our behalf and does not keep it longer than required for delivery.
- Our email provider stores the message in our inbox.
- Our hosting provider handles the server logs.
We do not disclose data to any other recipients unless required by law.
How long we keep the data
Messages that do not lead to an assignment are deleted no later than twelve months after our last contact. Data that forms part of a customer relationship is kept for as long as the agreement is in force and thereafter for as long as the Swedish Accounting Act requires (seven years for accounting records).
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, rectification of or erasure of your personal data, to object to the processing and to request restriction. Contact us and we will help you, normally within one month. If you believe we are processing your data incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), www.imy.se, or with the supervisory authority in your own country.

Changes
If we change how the website processes personal data, for example by introducing an analytics tool, we will update this page and the date above.
